As the Sr. Account Manager you will manage and lead the day-to-day operational activities for our health plan clients.  You will support and monitor program service delivery for clients working cross-functionally with all CareCentrix operational areas. You will proactively review performance metrics to promote client satisfaction and work to anticipate and exceed clients’ needs/expectations, collaborating with Account Management Leaders.



In this role you will:

  • Provide support to the Account Management team and act as a liaison between the client and CareCentrix operations.
  • Work directly with our Health Plan client to understand, represent and drive client operational requirements throughout the organization.
  • Lead and manage the execution of standard client requirements (i.e. Plan changes).
  • Lead and manage ongoing benefit requirements and maintains the required artifacts.
  • Serve as project lead to ensure project meets internal and external client expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines and goals.
  • Manage client operational requests/concerns; owns resolution and the development of communication back to the client.
  • Communicate the root cause and resolution path for operational issues that impact the assigned clien
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures Compliance – (i.e. Ensure Client Management Tool governance and all client requests are entered/tracked and managed)
  • Travel (in the future) to client site up to 25%

  • You have a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • You have a minimum of 7 years experience in the Healthcare industry in a client facing role.
  • You have knowledge of Post-Acute Care or Clinical Operations.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast paced setting and manage multiple projects.
  • You can work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • You have some answers but not all of them. You know every healthcare problem is unique and approach problems with questions not answers.
