Effectively recruits for CareCentrix. Analyzes the Healthcare markets, forecasts employment needs and develops quarterly recruitment plans to provide a consistent recruiting approach. Attends job fairs to attract qualified professionals, evaluates resumes and interviews candidates to ensure skills/abilities meet the minimum requirements for open positions. Manages large portfolios of candidates, and ensures that qualified candidates are referred for additional interviews as appropriate.


  • Implements recruitment strategies, identifies/tracks the cost, benefit and effectiveness of recruitment sources/activities.

  • Identifies skills/competencies required to support current/future business activities and utilizes recruitment media to attract qualified candidates. Gathers/analyzes data to define deficits in skills/competencies in the marketplace.

  • Assists in implementing recruitment and retention strategies, identifies/tracks the cost, benefit/effectiveness of recruitment sources/activities, analyzes local job markets and forecasts employment needs. Utilizes recruitment media and as directed attends job fairs to attract qualified candidates as required. Utilizes e-recruiting tools as required.

  • Evaluates resumes and interviews candidates to ensure that their skills/abilities meet the requirements for open positions. Maintains resume files for future employment possibilities.

  • Refers qualified candidates for additional interviews and ensures that interviews are conducted as appropriate. Analyzes interview results, extends job offers, completes offer letters and new hire packets as appropriate and documents acceptance/non-acceptance.

  • Maintains applicant information and tracks applicants for EEOC and other regulatory bodies.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years corporate or general recruitment related experience required. Strong knowledge of recruitment /interviewing methods/techniques required. Excellent analytical, organizational, computer and communication/presentation skills also required. CIR preferred. Knowledge of Utilization Management and URAC standards.
