Overview

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare and drive innovation throughout technology in the healthcare space.  The Delivery Manager will combine technical knowledge and hands-on skills to grow CareCentrix’s products and platform. The role will involve direct interaction with Product Management & Application Development teams to enhance and enrich the end user experience.

 

Candidate must have strong leadership, communication and technical skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.  The ability to handle aggressive timelines is a must.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as Single Point of Contact (POC) of ingest for application ideas, enhancements, or issues.
  • Facilitate communication between Product Management/Application Development and Business teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, and Client Services to ensure successful delivery of implementations within required timeframe and budget.
  • Works with business users to develop and execute work plans for system maintenance and enhancements. Conducts plan reviews and walkthroughs in an effort to communicate plans to other groups and to ensure the coordination and cooperation of all parties involved.
  • Work directly with our end users to troubleshoot L1 issues.
  • Triage production issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Standardize processes utilized by cross-functional teams.
  • Identify gaps in existing workflows and manage process to update/streamline.
  • Create and implement Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to apply to all application users.

 

 

Qualifications

      • Excellent communications skills – both written and oral.
      • Self-motivated, high energy and a team player, who would take complete ownership of the project or module assigned.
      • Life cycle experience in large complex systems.
      • Must be able to deliver within short time frames.
      • Works well in fast-paced, changing environments.
      • Experience in at least 2 project management methodologies.
      • 5+ years of relevant SDLC project management experience.
      • 5+ years of experience running a team of 10 or more people.
      • Degree in Computer Science or Information Management or the equivalent, plus a minimum of 7 years of technical experience.
