The AVP will grow established CareCentrix accounts and develop and execute a positive relationship with multiple levels within the account. The AVP will manage and own assigned accounts and will coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure that the needs of the assigned accounts are being met. Will insure all customer performance standards are met or exceeded. Position is responsible for meeting specific revenue growth targets as assigned for each account. Also responsible for timely renewal of accounts and ability to negotiate favorable terms for CareCentrix.
Bachelor's Degree in Business required, Master’s Degree preferred in marketing or a related healthcare field plus a minimum of five to ten years account management experience. Broad knowledge of the insurance/ managed care/reimbursement and customer service industry. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem resolution and project management skills also required. Proficient in all Microsoft office products. Excellent organizational and analytical skills required. Knowledge of Utilization Management and URAC standards.
