Overview

The AVP will grow established CareCentrix accounts and develop and execute a positive relationship with multiple levels within the account. The AVP will manage and own assigned accounts and will coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure that the needs of the assigned accounts are being met. Will insure all customer performance standards are met or exceeded. Position is responsible for meeting specific revenue growth targets as assigned for each account. Also responsible for timely renewal of accounts and ability to negotiate favorable terms for CareCentrix.

Responsibilities

  • Develops strategic business plan to target expanded revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Resolves all challenges through a formal problem escalation and resolution process between CareCentrix and assigned accounts. Works on identifying operational concerns and engages operations to bring resolution to all issues.
  • Demonstrates complete understanding of the contract and its requirements.
  • Works with assigned accounts to manage contract parameters in a consistent and effective way and involving other CareCentrix management as appropriate. To grow partnership and insure all customer goals are being met.
  • Is responsible for the interaction and communication of any and all issues relating to CareCentrix account liaisons at all assigned accounts. Develops a proactive plan for resolution of issues and verifies with internal parties that all issues are resolved.
  • Assists all assigned accounts with the provider relations review process and ensures that all of those adjustments have been communicated to assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for working with CareCentrix operational counterparts toward the successful implementation, administration, and problem resolution of the billing program with assigned accounts and CareCentrix.
  • Responsible for tracking of profitability of accounts and is proactive in suggesting and implementing changes for positive results. Convey a strong professional image, exhibit interest and positive attitude toward all assigned work.
  • Candidate will possess excellent communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks, be detail oriented, be responsive, and demonstrate independent thought and critical thinking.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business required, Master’s Degree preferred in marketing or a related healthcare field plus a minimum of five to ten years account management experience. Broad knowledge of the insurance/ managed care/reimbursement and customer service industry. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem resolution and project management skills also required. Proficient in all Microsoft office products. Excellent organizational and analytical skills required. Knowledge of Utilization Management and URAC standards.
