Functions as a lead liaison between the client and CareCentrix teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated deployment for all Business Technology activities required for a client implementation. Maintains responsibility for enabling communication and collaboration throughout the implementation, including management of daily meetings, identification of issues and risks, and development of solutions. Coordinate development and delivery of project artifacts and deliverables. Serve as a liaison between project and clients to ensure expectations and needs are met.
