Overview

Functions as a lead liaison between the client and CareCentrix teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated deployment for all Business Technology activities required for a client implementation.  Maintains responsibility for enabling communication and collaboration throughout the implementation, including management of daily meetings, identification of issues and risks, and development of solutions. Coordinate development and delivery of project artifacts and deliverables. Serve as a liaison between project and clients to ensure expectations and needs are met.

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead a matrixed team including Business Systems Analysts, Technical and QA Resources
  • Work with client to develop technology solutions in support of Business Requirements,
  • Provides technical and administrative leadership on assigned projects or tasks. 
  • Participate in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and administrative reporting
  • Ensure customer’s products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
  • Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules and meeting milestones
  • Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous implementations by ensuring project timelines are met and client/team member issues addressed
  • Keep clients and management informed of implementation activities and progress through regular communications, meetings and status reports.
  • Understand and manage client expectations
  • Support existing clients as assigned
  • Work closely with all levels of the organization and to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments
  • Must perform other duties as required or assigned.
  • Travel as required

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree and prior work related experience or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of experience in healthcare industry and client implementations
  • Coordination and set up of large healthcare customer implementations
  • Experience with HealthCare Prior Authorization to Service Process, Utilization management, Post Acute Care, Claims processing with the ability to discuss technology solutions around various client systems related to these functional areas
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and raise and address issues for immediate resolutions
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and management capabilities
  • Process management and workflow experience
  • Demonstrated client relationships skills with internal and external clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, including MS Project
  • Strong problem solving skills, business process engineering and planning is required. Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Strong organizational skills & requires minimum supervision
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, including MS Project
  • Strong technical project management/organization skills
  • PMP certification desired
  • Proven strong analytical skills
