As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle talent acquisition process by sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews to evaluate qualifications, consulting with the hiring manager to influence and present candidates, manage the interview selection process and job offers.


  • Act as a strategic partner to the hiring managers on all talent acquisition related activities
  • Proactively engage with the leadership teams to establish a common understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and service level standards
  • Consult with the hiring managers to identify the scope of the talent needed and develop and implement strategic and effective sourcing strategies
  • Explore new, creative ways to develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment sites, networking, social media, database searches, and referrals
  • Strong research and sourcing skills including the use of Boolean search techniques, extensive networking, LinkedIn, user group lists, industry-specific online professional networks, forums and social media.
  • Identify qualified candidates, conduct screening interviews, and coordinate on-site interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Advises and consults with the hiring managers on hiring decisions, job offer negotiations, and market trends within the industry
  • Provides on-going follow up with managers to provide updates and gather feedback on talent submissions and interviews
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Participate and collaborate on projects, when necessary


Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience plus a minimum of three years corporate or general recruitment related experience required. Strong knowledge of recruitment /interviewing methods/techniques required. Excellent analytical, organizational, computer and communication/presentation skills also required
