Participates in operational improvement projects including the documentation of detailed business and system requirements and data analysis. Develops project documentation according to company and industry standards; assists in process improvement and helps to determine efficient and effective ways to ensure project teams build quality requirements. Serves as a liaison between business owners, end users, and IT partners ensuring cohesive approach, comprehensive solutions, and excellence in delivery. Responds to ad-hoc requests for support and analysis. Requires limited supervision and technical assistance.
Bachelor’s degree required.
