    As the Vice President of Delivery, you will serve as the bridge between the Business Technology (BT) and all business functions. Through the gathering of detailed business requirements at the start, and the validation that these have been correctly implemented, you will make sure the business goals are appropriately met. Maintaining a complete view of all development priorities you will assure all development and production changes go through a complete and consistent lifecycle.  You are a leader who has expertise and judgement in working across multiple functional areas within an organization, and has previous experience in successfully bringing new guidelines to a technical organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the BT Delivery division, comprised of Client Implementations, Delivery Management, Solutions, and Quality Assurance teams.
    • Single Point of Contact for all new and on-going technical initiatives. This includes being accountable for all software, infrastructure, data, and operational activities.
    • Divisional oversight ranging from financial planning and budget adherence to portfolio planning and resource capacity for division.
    • Provide leadership and direction for all QA teams to identify knowledge management, training, and execution for all manual and automated testing efforts.
    • Set direction for Business & Technical Analysts to solicit, define, and document requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
    • Enforce implementation and execution best practices across division throughout software development lifecycle
    • Define roles and responsibilities related to Delivery Management to ensure clear accountability for the quality of data across the organization.
    • Facilitate project/initiative prioritization across CareCentrix Leadership.
    • Harness technology to drive efficiencies across organization.
    • Foster an environment of innovation and execution utilizing delivery and testing best practices across the enterprise.
    • Create, communicate, and implement policies and procedures to drive the organization’s vision, mission and technical direction.
    • Maintains awareness of the internal business strategy and competitive landscape.
    • Will provide detailed and accurate communication to all stakeholders including but not limited to the COO and CTO.
    • Builds and maintains a strong parnership with client, vendors, and external stakeholders that interact with the company.

     

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Computer Engineering or the equivalent, plus a minimum of 15 years leading an Application Delivery division, Masters/MBA, a plus.
    • 15+ years working in software development, with significant experience in software delivery in a multi-client, concurrent project environment.
    • Manages multiple tasks, be detail oriented, responsible and show a high level of critical thinking.
    • Will possess excelling communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment that is undergoing change.
    • Travel 25%
