As Director of Communications you will be responsible for creating and managing external communications for CareCentrix. Develop external communication strategy for CareCentrix and materials to build and sustain CareCentrix’s reputation for quality, cost effective services, and customer satisfaction. This is an individual contributor role.


  • Writes and edits extensively on behalf of CareCentrix.
  • Develops communication strategies for delivery of and business strategy
  • Develops external commuication vehicles, including white papers, sales presentations, client communications
  • Establishes brand voice
  • Serves as Editor in Chief for CareCentrix materials, including establishing writing/editing guidelines. 
  • Develops delivery and packaging plans for corporate messages, including writing external messages for the CEO when needed


  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in business or journalism preferred
  • 7 years experience in B2B Communications and Marketing
  • 5 years experience in healthcare; insurance or benefits management backgroundrequired
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills required (Writing samples will be requested)
  • Experience in brand management preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple-competing priorities
