    The Business Service Transformation Manager is responsible for supporting Department leadership with general business unit operations, and the organization and management of activities across Product Development and Management (PDM) units, including: 

     

    • Product Portfolio Management                                    

    • Clinical Program Development

    • User Experience & Value Program Development            

    • Client & Product Reporting

    • Product Design and Development Services                   

    • Business/Service Transformation

     

    This position will also work under the direction of leadership, with PDM staff and cross-functional partners to manage projects that address diverse challenges relating to the maintenance and enhancement of all components of our products (such as clinical, operational, and service). The ability to work on a broad range of topics, to prioritize tasks, and to communicate in a concise and diplomatic manner across all levels of leadership is vital to this role.

     

    Responsibilities

    Project Management

    • Define recommended project strategy/approach 
    • Cross-functional project plan development
    • Interview cross-functional partners for inputs to process flow creation
    • Cross-functional team meetings management:  Agenda development, minutes, tools and supporting documentation, and meeting facilitation to support project lead
    • Risk and issue identification, definition, documentation, and tracking mitigation plans
    • Compliance with corporate change management principles

     

    Provide support for intradepartmental business unit infrastructure development, operations, and management on an as needed basis.

    • Annual department objectives tracking
    • Support for PDM responses to RFPs and management of PDM response database
    • Department meeting and event planning and management
    • Other activities as directed by PDM SVP

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a transferrable discipline required 
    • 2-5 years of experience in product/program management
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with senior leadership levels
    • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred 
    • Demonstrated experience in organizational and business process coordination
    • Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of business process standards
    • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office (PPT, EXCEL, Project, Visio), and SharePoint
