    This position will be responsible for operational support of our Finance Team and also the administration and monitoring of batch processing as it relates to our Enterprise Scheduling Systems.  This position develops written procedures and documentation in support of those responsibilities.  This position will coordinate problem resolution and act as a liaison between users, Quality Assurance, Application Development and Infrastructure teams. 


    • Monitors Enterprise job scheduler performance. Researches problems, identifies problems and resolutions using proper escalation procedures.  Maintains appropriate logs and records, including all logs, stats and check off sheets.
    • Facilitates/maintains job scheduler workload, handles exception situations, identifies problem areas and provides corrective action and/or escalation.
    • Coordinates all job scheduling, changes, and execution with Infrastructure, QA, and Application Development Teams.
    • Involved with proper system backup for some computing environments as it relates to jobs within the Enterprise job scheduler.
    • Provides end user support for normal and special processing needs.
    • Monitors various transmissions from field locations and other business partners.  Supports field by troubleshooting system problems as needed. 
    • Ensures timeliness and accuracy of reports.  Reviews/recommends enhancements and/or changes as needed.
    • Monitors/maintains appropriate print queue management, both centralized and remote.  Identifies and corrects problems.
    • Operational support of Finance Team daily/weekly/on demand tasks such as Print processing and Printer maintenance.
    • Reviews and adheres to all company policies and procedures and the Employee Handbook.
    • On Call rotation including 24x7x365 days support.


    • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 yrs. Operation experience required.
    • Detail oriented, analytical with strong problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
    • Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent tasks and responsibilities
    • Excellent technical knowledge of Data Center environment required.
    • Experience with job schedulers desired. Experience with Cisco Workload Automation is a plus.
    • Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows.
    • Experience with developing SQL Database queries.
    • Experience with AS400 a plus.
    • Experience with MS Office Products especially Word and Excel.
    • Experience in health care is preferred.
