As the VP,Network Strategy and Engagement you will serve as the organizational leader for Network Strategy and Engagement. Responsible for overseeing relationships with providers.  Collaborates with internal stakeholders to advance Company's network agenda and goals. Provides strategic leadership, as well day-to-day responsibility for decisions, for CareCentrix programs and products related to network solutions.


    • Partners with contracting team and key stakeholders to build and advance the execution of the Company's network transformation strategy specifically related to improving performance and provider engagement
    • In collaboration with the legal team, designs and execute major projects related to provider engagement and network solutions
    • Actively involved in key network negotiations and strategically develops new networks to meet the needs of our customers
    • Develops a strategically defined provider-focused plan for new products with accompanying goals and objectives
    • Cultivates strategic partnerships for network by acting as provider consultant, and leading network management teams
    • Oversee operations/performance management by monitoring key performance indictors and metrics related to contracting and strategic solutions
    • Responsible for meeting GM targets through rate negotiations, network structures and network management
    • Contracting network to value based and performance  arrangements
    • Manages network to performance  and outcome metrics
    • Builds and maintains high performing network management team
    • In collaboration with Strategy & Product teams, builds innovative service delivery models
    • Develops and maintains team with deep and credible subject matter expertise in each line of service
    • Performs other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field
    • Master's Degree in Business, Public Health or Legal Preferred
    • Required 10 years of experience in Managed Care or Provider Organization
    • Required 7 years of experience in network management, hospital contracting, ancillary contracting, provider contracting
