CareCentrix is committed to making the home the center of patient care.As the AVP - Operations - Care and Service Center you will be resposible for the  the development, implementation and execution of operations activities associated with delivery of CareCentrix services. Develops consistent, scalable business processes that reduce transaction costs, improve quality, enhance productivity and drive excellent customer service. Manages workflow across Customer Service Centers.

    Responsibilities

    • Drives the use of lean and six sigma methodologies in the design of workflow and business processes.
    • Directs the standardization of processes and procedures which meet operational, financial, and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Monitors compliance with and effectiveness of all established procedures and processes. Identifies opportunities to refine/develop/standardize/streamline business processes.
    • Drives use of industry best practices, and leads ongoing process improvement. Defines and delivers quality initiatives.
    • Reviews performance metrics and makes recommendations for performance improvements, reducing transaction costs or any necessary changes in the workflow and business processes.
    • Analyzes/monitors sales and operations activities/results against company objectives. Secures input from Senior Leadership and devises/implements adjustments to plans and programs as required to meeting company objectives.
    • Defines/implements customer satisfaction metrics, analyzes findings to determine trends and implements plans to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Directs, develops, trains, and communicates with staff personnel. Discusses progress, provides general direction and works with staff on actual situations, providing insight and direction into the resolution and prevention of problems.
    • Encourages and fosters an environment of team work, communication and collaboration. - Reviews and adheres to all Company policies and procedures and the Employee Handbook. - Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two plus years with increasingly responsible management experience in a multi-site health care organization.
    • Excellent analytic abilities to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Excellent managerial and communication skills required.
    • Knowledge of Medicare Compliance, Utilization Management and URAC standards.
