    As the AVP, Talent Acquisition you will have the opportunity to leverage your Talent Acquisition knowledge and experience to take a leadership role and build out a detailed strategy for fast growth. This includes building a best in class model for strategically sourcing qualified candidates for our Operations – Care Service Center. You will work closely with our human resources business partners and business leaders to assess hiring needs and build analytics as needed to adjust and support hiring practices and build talent pipelines. You will provide expertise in market insights, monitoring data and market tends, and have a clear understanding of talent needs to assist in developing growth plans. Additionally, you will coach and mentor team to continue to build out a high touch service model that lends to a positive candidate experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategically design, implement, streamline hiring practices, processes, and tools to build hiring pipelines 
    • Lead an assigned team in integrating innovative and best practices to adequately develop and communicate the company brand and incorporate social recruiting strategies that may include expanding vendor/tool options and utilizing new methods to connect with potential candidates
    • Build out data and analytics to measure the return on investment (ROI) of talent acquisition programs, including metrics 
    • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure the acquisition and implementation of appropriate programs and products to support the Talent Acquisition strategy. Experience with RPOs preferred. 
    • Proficiency in optimizing recruiting technology, preferably iCIMS.
    • Define and regularly balance the workload of the team with the goal of maximizing their productivity and service levels.
    • Establish and drive projects, create detailed project plans and track issues.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree 
    • Minimum 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience. Preferably with a high volume recruitment environment in a health care organization.
    • Strong Excel skills required.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving orientation.
    • Strong business acumen while driving results and aligning with the business strategy
