    The mission of the Value Program Development team at CareCentrix is to optimize the value of our products through programs that deliver on the following success measures:


    • Increased operational efficiency and task automation
    • Centralized prioritization of strategy and enhancements for our core business platforms
    • Improved user experience satisfaction and engagement

     

    A critical part of this team, the Value Program Development Senior Manager will be responsible for executing upon a portfolio of assigned programs delivering systems and business process improvement to our product operations. This role will act as the enterprise resource for user experience best practices and will be responsible for pursuing a change management approach to cascade those best practices across our business areas through cross-functional leadership and knowledge management tactics. The Senior Manager will collaborate with Product Business Technology, and Operations to define program requirements, user interface design, and value program development.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implementation of business process and system improvements to drive measurable value in our business, in support of the product portfolio
    • Lead the design and development process for Value Programs, working closely with product and operations to define and document business requirements and user interface design Current/future state documentation and analysis based on best practices, with a focus on interface design and user experience 
    • Definition of program success measures and a plan to measure against them
    • Relationship building across cross-functional leadership with operational, financial, reporting, and business technology partners
    • Acts as enterprise subject matter expert on user experience best practices and interface design
    • Identify new strategic opportunities to improve user experience and drive business ROI.
    • Gather and synthesize insight to drive operational improvement through cross-functional leadership with key business stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree required. Masters or MBA degree, or equivalent experience, preferred.
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in roles in user experience is required.
    • 5+ years of business requirements gathering and design.
    • Experience in the health care industry is preferred.
    • Excellent data analysis/ assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
