    This position is responsible for managing to ongoing quality, accuracy and completeness of corporate master data across the organization. They will be responsible for the design, development, and management of high quality solutions. They will perform root-cause analysis on problems, and find solutions working with both business and technology partners.


    • Ensures integrity and quality of master data in multiple systems
    • Maintains business processes to support data quality and related standards
    • Maintains technology processes to manage master data, and works towards improving those processes
    • Works to analyze, document, and test data quality issues as an individual, as part of a team, and with other technology groups
    • Gathers requirements from business users and other subject matter experts to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
    • Performs root cause analysis on master data related problems
    • Monitors requests for production support and communicates status to appropriate individuals
    • Ensure the successful completion of assigned project deliverables providing timely and realistic status updates and completion estimates
    • Works towards common solutions with other team members, and iterates on those solutions


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, MIS, Computer Science or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
    • High level of competency in SQL scripting in an Oracle environment
    • Some level of knowledge in scripting in other SQL environments such as SQL Server
    • High level of competence in working with large sets of data
    • Prior experience in maintaining data that is critical to business operations
    • Familiarity with RDBMS principles
    • Ability to take a business problem and clearly define the solution
    • Possesses excellent communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills.   Proven ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical people
    • Manages multiple tasks, be detail oriented, be responsive, and demonstrate independent thought and critical thinking.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work well in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
