  • Overview

    This position reports into the Manager of Workforce Management.  The primary purpose of this role is to develop, update, and maintain tools used to standardize work and required reporting.  The SQL data analyst will be responsible for data mining, aggregation, and analysis in support of business operational needs. This includes working with large amounts of data and drawing meaningful conclusions; using SQL, Access, Toad and other resources for compiling data.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Candidate will possess excellent communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Manage multiple tasks, be detail oriented, be responsive, and demonstrate independent thought and critical thinking.
    • Reviews and adheres to all Company policies and procedures and the Employee Handbook.
    • Create and run queries to obtain required data, and perform evaluation/analysis of the data
    • Ability to create, test, and maintain excel or access based tools
    • Ability to independently understand complicated logic and program into Excel or Access based tools
    • Attention to detail regarding the quality of output and need for alteration to work-product upon client changes
    • Provides support to end users as needed.
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
    • May engage in one off data analytics assignments

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum 3 years’ experience of related experience. A combination of education and significant experience may be substituted for degree requirement. 
    • Successful candidate must possess management experience in a call center, supporting more than one location.
    • Healthcare management staffing experience preferred but not required.
    • The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment, and must be knowledgeable in a Workforce Management system I3 preferred; or IEX, Blue Pumpkin acceptable. 
    • The candidate will have a demonstrated proficiency/knowledge base in standard staffing practices/protocol for call centers. 
    • Must have advanced Excel skills and advanced knowledge of query languages such as SQL and TSQL.
