  • Overview

    As the Human Resources Representative, you will work in partnership with the HR Team to provide overall HR-related administrative program support. Responsibilities will include reporting and tracking (corrective action/LOA/ADA), support of talent acquisition initiatives, onboarding and leading new hire orientation, benefits/total rewards support, employee relations support, engagement in workplace culture activities, and various other HR-related compliance functions. Maintains all HR-related forms and documents and partners on intranet content.  Participates on cross-functional teams across HR works streams to streamline processes and drive efficiencies.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides administrative and HR program support across the HR organization
    • In partnership with the HR team, develops, reviews and revises processes, workflows, and policies utilizing Microsoft Office applications, Visio and SharePoint
    • Serves as primary content owner and administrator for HR and Manager’s SharePoint sites
    • Provides ER support to HRBP team as needed
    • Partners on HR audits information for URAC, FL Blue, Horizon, etc. and provides information as appropriates per compliance
    • Manages and updates documents, templates, forms and permissions for applications for HR as necessary
    • Researches and explores external industry, HR, and legal trends.  Utilizes findings to make appropriate recommendations and implement relevant changes
    • Travel as needed (up to 20%)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent plus a minimum of 2-4 years of combined HR Administration, Employee Relations, Training, and Project Management experience
    • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism
    • Strong knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws
    • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed
    • Strong research and analytic skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong presentation skills highly recommended
    • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and recommend appropriate solutions
    • Expert skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and SharePoint maintenance and administration
