  • Overview

    As the Chief of Staff you will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders on activities and special projects that drive incremental value for the organization. This critical position carries a high degree of visibility and requires close collaboration with team members across CareCentrix. The Chief of Staff is a passionate, ambitious professional who can deliver results in a growing company and fast-paced environment.


    • Leads/and or supports special projects
    • Ideate and lead early-stage initiatives on behalf of the CEO. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, strategy, operations, product teams to test and implement initiatives.
    • Develop a pulse on the organization, identifying areas where change is needed and advising the CEO and other senior leaders on opportunities to drive a high-performance culture.
    • Build an in-depth understanding of CareCentrix’s competitive landscape, preparing leaders for external meetings focused on growth and innovation.
    • Helps support senior leadership team meetings and off-sites.
    • Support the CEO and other senior leaders in Board of Directors activities. This includes managing Board of Directors presentations, e.g.: working with the CEO and other senior leaders on agendas; collaborating with senior leaders to prepare presentations; and editing, finalizing presentations and related materials and ensuring follow-through on obligations.
    • Plan, research, develop and review internal and external communications from the CEO, including but not limited to memos, videos, quarterly company updates, press releases, blog posts. presentations.
    • Perform other duties as required or assigned, including high priority projects that need general support.
    • Establish and maintain a broad and deep network at all levels across CareCentrix. Interact with front line staff and middle management to stay abreast of organizational concerns and needs, and communicate this feedback to the CEO and other senior leaders.
    • Treat sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. This information includes, but is not limited to: personnel information and detailed financial information.


    • Bachelor’s degree required 
    • 5 years of professional experience
    • MBA or other graduate degree from a top-tier university preferred.
