  • Overview

    As a Senior Analyst on the Total Rewards Team, you will be responsible for managing our company's compensation and recognition initiatives. You will perform overall analysis, design, development and management of compensation & rewards programs based on business objectives, market trends, cost effectiveness, and competitive practice. you willl serve as a primary resource for the information, problem solving, and communication as it relates to development and execution of compensation and recognition programs.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages and administers the organization's compensation and recognition programs and related policies
    • Oversees base salary and incentive programs, job evaluations, and market pricing/recognition software
    • Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organization's pay programs
    • Act as a consultant and gatekeeper to the HR team to support their decision making for hiring, promotions and annual merit/bonus compensation
    • Conducts analysis on HR data; prepares reports, and makes recommendations as needed
    • Ensures that all compensation-related activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards, as well as appropriately communicated to leaders and team members as appropriate
    • Must perform other duties as required or assigned.
    • <10% travel required

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred plus 5+ years of progressive experience in the analysis, design and administration of compensation programs, CCP certification strongly desired.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Performs complex tasks typically following established processes
    • Expert MS Office skills, in particular: Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
    • Knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS), preferably ADP.
    • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Skilled in problem solving and decision making. Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail.
