As a Senior Analyst on the Total Rewards Team, you will be responsible for managing our company's compensation and recognition initiatives. You will perform overall analysis, design, development and management of compensation & rewards programs based on business objectives, market trends, cost effectiveness, and competitive practice. you willl serve as a primary resource for the information, problem solving, and communication as it relates to development and execution of compensation and recognition programs.
