The Director of QA and Automation will have responsibility for all aspects of Quality Assurance and Automation. As the Director, you will design the approach and direct the ongoing activities to ensure that the product delivered is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for testing procedures, establishing and publishing KPIs, leading/coaching team members and timely delivery of quality software for our clients.
This position will be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to geographically distributed QA team members. He/she will partner with other BT leaders supporting project delivery, fostering productive relationships with business and BPO leaders, and insuring technical delivery meets stakeholder expectations. You will focus on improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization. This individual must be a change agent who has a combination of strong management, leadership and technical skills and competencies.
