In this entry level role, the Associate Program Manager, Provider Experience plays a meaningful part in organizing, maintaining, and supporting materials and projects that impact our broader Provider and Service Operations teams. You’ll help manage provider communications, maintain provider manuals, and support documentation needs—while building foundational project management skills and collaborating with experienced team members who will support your growth.   This role is perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, curious, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to meaningful work from day one.

2 Positions Available   The Analyst III is responsible for monitoring federal and state regulatory requirements that impact CareCentrix’s government programs (including Managed Medicaid) and ensuring the compliant implementation of legal and client obligations. This role supports operational compliance by identifying risks, driving adherence to applicable regulations, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and strengthen compliance across the organization.

Responsible for monitoring federal and state regulatory requirements impacting CareCentrix workers compensation, auto, and commercial programs operations and for supporting the compliant implementation of legal and customer requirements. Identifies and facilitates continuous improvement efforts to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.  Secure and maintain required operational licenses.
