Temp - Talent Acquisition Screener

The Temporary Talent Acquisition Screener is responsible for the initial stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that only the most qualified candidates proceed to the next stages of the hiring process.

Length: 3-6 Month Temporary/Contract Opportunity (Remote)

Hours: 40 hours/week

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to understand the specific requirements and qualifications needed for open positions.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status and next steps.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews and follow-up meetings.

• 2-5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting Call Center or Clinical positions a plus.
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Proficiency in using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
