In this role, you will support CareCentrix home infusion and specialty drug clinical programs to fulfill market capabilities and needs for innovation of new products and existing core products. The position will focus on supporting clinical coverage guidelines alignment for specialty drugs and step therapy opportunities that support product enhancements for market growth. You will develop and maintain drug fee schedules for existing clients based on research and decisions of new drugs to our Home Infusion product. You will work closely with the Utilization Management team to interpret drug guidelines and determine self-administration, provider-administration, and distinguishing the factors that determine who administers the drug.

The Post-Acute Care Program assists with reducing hospital readmissions of clinically complex patients. The program couples patient education/coaching with Home Health interventions to assist a patient’s transition home after a hospital stay. Post-Acute Care (PAC) Program is an end-to-end post-acute offering that manages up to 90-day episodes of care, beginning prior to the patient’s discharge from the hospital, or for elective surgical cases, outreach begins prior to hospitalization. The program identifies the likely best site-of-care for the patient, manages length of stay (LOS) if a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF) and/or Long Term Acute Care Hospital LTCH is appropriate, and reduces hospital readmissions through effective discharge planning.  

As a Real Time Analyst, you will manage all call center traffic to ensure compliance with customer service level agreements. Serve as the call traffic and trending analyst for the Regional Service Centers. Provide real time and historical call center data to CareCentrix personnel, working with call center managers and supervisors. Analyze trends within assigned operations, including call volumes, call patterns, staff productivity, and resource allocation. The candidate will use these analysis results to forecast call arrival patterns and create schedules. Adept in staffing to meet business unit goals, client goals, and corporate objectives.
