As a Technical Lead, you will guide and oversee the development of Contact Management applications that focus on delivering IVR functionality, interactive text messaging, and usage of OCR technology to parse scanned images. This role requires deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle, along with familiarity in IVR, interactive text messaging, and OCR technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions while mentoring a team of engineers.
