The Senior Product Director of Infusion Therapy Solutions at CareCentrix will lead the strategic direction, execution, and performance of our Infusion Therapy product portfolio. This high-impact role carries full P&L ownership and is accountable for driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, improving retention, and maximizing profitability.
You’ll serve as a key partner to Account Management, supporting existing clients with product expertise, and collaborate closely with Sales to engage new prospects—including clinical-to-clinical consultations that shape tailored solutions.
In this role, you will define the strategic vision and drive the growth trajectory for CareCentrix’s Infusion Therapy Solutions. You’ll lead the development of a forward-looking product roadmap that aligns with market trends and client needs. Collaborating across cross-functional teams, you’ll spearhead the launch of innovative capabilities while continuously enhancing existing features. Your leadership will ensure the product portfolio remains agile, competitive, and deeply aligned with the evolving demands of both current clients and future prospects in today’s dynamic healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in drug pricing and a strategic mindset for optimizing pharmaceutical spend. They will collaborate directly with clients to develop drug utilization strategies aligned with policy guidelines—driving volume toward preferred products to unlock meaningful cost savings. Success in this role requires a deep passion for the infusion therapy market, a customer-first approach, and the agility to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
Pharmacy Credentials: PharmD or active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license strongly preferred.
Industry Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in the healthcare sector, particularly in Infusion Therapy, encompassing a thorough understanding of infusion pricing models and emerging drug pipelines.
Product Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading product initiatives, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Strategic Execution: A robust background in change management, solution delivery, and financial/business planning, equipped to drive significant and impactful outcomes.
Collaborative Leadership: Skilled in project leadership and stakeholder engagement, with a track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Consulting Experience: Experience in a consulting environment is appreciated but not required.
