The Business Analyst – Product Design & Development is responsible for defining and supporting the product framework with detailed business requirements and process mapping for new products and enhancements to the existing product portfolio.
This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to document product-specific business and reporting needs. Key responsibilities include working with the Compliance Department and other members of the Product Team to ensure new products meet all applicable Federal, State, and regulatory requirements. The analyst also contributes to design and architectural decisions in partnership with CareCentrix Technology teams and Product Owners.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, build strong relationships, and foster collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Experience working closely with clinical teams or a clinical background is a plus.
