This position will work directly with Technology project teams, business users and development teams to apply technical solutions in support of identified business problems. This position will be responsible for monitoring systems, interfacing with business owners, triaging issues, and developing solutions. This position must work under limited supervision and provide after-hours system support as needed for a collection of Java, .NET, Visual Basic, and Oracle applications.

This role may require occasional on-site attendance for meetings in one of our facilities in Tampa, Hartford or St. Louis. If chosen for a final interview, an on-site interview may be required.
