The Analyst performs trending and analysis to support the provider service team with identifying trends and patterns that impact a provider’s cash flow. This position supervises a team of non-exempt associates within assigned unit in Operations. Monitors performance and productivity of individuals and the team and takes appropriate action to ensure department goals are met including, but not limited to regular scheduled and just-in-time coaching, recommending re-training, performance management and mentoring associates. Manages payer, provider and patient complaint resolution. Consistently identifies areas of opportunity/process improvement within department and recommends solutions as necessary.

As the AVP – Managed Care & Provider Contracting, you will manage the activities of the contracting staff that prepare and maintain contracts for provider network, develop relationships with providers/payers/ACO’s. You will be responsible for the development of contractual relationships, strategic relationships, including the negotiation of terms and maintenance of ongoing agreements.
The Area Vice President of BT Delivery will serve as the bridge between the Business Technology (BT) and all business functions. Through the gathering of detailed business requirements at the start through the validation that these have been correctly implemented, they will make sure the business goals are appropriately met as well as adherence to technical standards and processes. Maintaining a complete view of all delivery priorities this role will assure the quality and predictability of client implementations, operational enhancements, compliance mandates, and technology changes throughout the delivery lifecycle. They are a leader who has expertise and judgement in working across multiple functional areas within an organization, and has previous experience in successfully bringing new guidelines to a technical organization.
The incumbent in this position acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in assigned unit, fields questions from staff, is able to provide appropriate issue resolution and escalation when needed, and assigns work/directs workflows for staff. Assists Supervisor/Manager with coaching, on-the-job training, monitoring work, mentoring new associates and driving results. This position may also serve as a back-up in production. Works with other departments to identify areas of opportunity/performance improvement and recommend solutions.
Post-Acute Care is an end-to-end post-acute offering that manages up to 90-day episodes of care, beginning prior to the patient’s discharge from the hospital, or for elective surgical cases, outreach begins prior to hospitalization. The program identifies the likely best site-of-care for the patient upon hospital discharge, manages length of stay (LOS) if a Long Term Acute Hospital (LTACH), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Institutional Rehab Facility (IRF) is appropriate, and reduce hospital readmissions. Our program also coordinates the services required for a patient to transition to their home.
The Nurse Liaison is an in-market position responsible for identifying and influencing the best site-of-care for the patient upon hospital discharge and manages length of stay (LOS) for Long Term Acute Hospital (LTACH), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), and Institutional Rehab Facility (IRF) for their assigned acute and post-acute care facilities. The Nurse Liaison will collaborate with facility discharge planners, patient and family to develop a discharge path of care. The Nurse Liaison will participate in Care plan meetings and meet with patients as appropriate.

As a Client Delivery Director, you will provide leadership for technical delivery supporting CareCentrix new client implementations and ongoing client support. This position will be responsible for facilitating effective communication and cross team collaboration throughout the client implementation process. Directing the coordination of technical delivery activities from client requirements intake through post implementation support. This individual must excel at building and maintaining business relationships, as well as possessing solid leadership and technical skills.
As the Medical Director of Post - Acute Care you will have clinical oversight of the Post-Acute Care (PAC) program for CareCentrix, performing the full range of PAC medical necessity reviews utilizing Industry standard criteria’s well as Client’s clinical criteria for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long Term Acute Hospital (LTACH)/Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) as well as Home Health Service, DME and Home Infusion.
