The Compliance Administrator coordinates the administration of various projects and performs day to day administrative activities for the Compliance team. The Administrator supports the Compliance Hotline by documenting reports/inquiries received by the Hotline, redirecting misdirected inquiries to the appropriate party, and, as needed, supporting the Department in timely investigating and resolving reported issues. The Administrator supports the CareCentrix Privacy Office in connection with documenting and timely responding to subpoenas and other attorney requests for copies of records containing protected health information. The Administrator provides administrative support for customer, accrediting body, regulatory body and other audits as needed.

As a Temporary Physician Reviewer you will conduct utilization reviews for medical necessity determinations. As appropriate and when required, this position interfaces with the internal staff, Providers, and ordering physicians.

This Lead Clinical Reviewer position receives/responds to incoming calls from referral sources/patients and communicates with providers for CareCentrix and contacts referral sources to advise them of referral status. Reviews utilization information concerning patient care for CareCentrix and matches those needs to available care options within the reauthorization guidelines provided by CareCentrix and patients’ health care. Assists the Supervisor and Manager with coaching, training, call monitoring, reports and mentoring of new associates. Acts as a clinical resource to department specialists, providing expertise and clinical knowledge. Negotiates with providers when needed and stay within the guidelines. Performs Utilization Management and participates in performance improvement activities (specific measurement for contracts). Works under moderate supervision.

The Manager - Workforce Management leads a team of Schedulers and Real Time Analysts to effectively drive the desired business results. Directs, develops, maintains, and improves workforce management and telecom standardized processes utilized by all CareCentrix business units. Oversees the maintenance of CareCentrix phone operations policies and other process resource tools, in addition to process improvements and changes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of CareCentrix operations.

This position supervises a team of non-exempt associates within assigned unit in Operations. Monitors performance and productivity of individuals and the team and takes appropriate action to ensure department goals are met including, but not limited to regular scheduled and just-in-time coaching, recommending re-training, performance management and mentoring associates. Manages payer, provider and patient complaint resolution. Consistently identifies areas of opportunity/process improvement within department and recommends solutions as necessary.  

This position receives/responds to provider inquiries on claim issues. Researches information by reviewing plan, eligibility, and authorizations to determine appropriate resolution. Works with CSC or RCM to identify areas of opportunity and recommend solutions. Completes special assignments and analyzes provider requests. Assists other departments and interacts directly with providers.

  Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for shaping the future of healthcare?   As a Nurse Liaison you will be an expert in resource management, a master of utilization review and a compassionate partner for patients and their support network. You will be responsible for an assigned caseload at acute and post-acute care facilities. You will conduct in person, on site, face to face outreach, with patients to introduce the Post-Acute program. You will gather patient demographics and collaborate with hospital clinicians, patients and their family to develop a discharge plan of care and will coordinate post-acute care services for the patient and collaborate with Post-Acute homecare agencies on post-acute care plan of care, authorizing services as medically necessary.   The Post-Acute Care program helps to reduce hospital readmissions of patients and has aspects of education and coaching to assist patient’s transition home after a hospital stay. The program works directly with patient treatment plans, facilitates in home health care services to accomplish the treatment plan, patient goals and patient education/coaching along with adherence/compliance monitoring.

Post-Acute Care (PAC) Program is an end-to-end post-acute offering that manages up to 90-day episodes of care, beginning prior to the patient’s discharge from the hospital, or for elective surgical cases, outreach begins prior to hospitalization. The program identifies the likely best site-of-care for the patient, manages length of stay (LOS) if a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF) and/or Long Term Acute Care Hospital LTCH is appropriate, and reduces hospital readmissions through effective discharge planning. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Post-Acute Program and provides team leadership and guidance regarding patient centered interventions in post-acute facilities. This position leads their team of PAC Nurses in driving the desired clinical outcomes across Long Term Acute Care Hospital, Inpatient Rehab Facilities and Skilled Nursing Facilities. The Clinical Manager also collaborates with case management leadership and physicians as appropriate to achieve the patient centered goals. In addition, this position will directly interact as needed with referral sources to facilitate communications, answer questions and resolve problems. This role reports to the Director of UM PAC.  

As the PAC Resource Coordinator you will work under direct supervision of a Clinical Leader, in a fast-paced environment, coordinating the administration of projects and day-to-day administrative activities for the Post-Acute Care program. You will coordinate timeframes, production and timely completion of projects, as well as serve as resource support to the local operation, function or division.
