CareCentrix is seeking a Senior Kubernetes DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in on-premises Kubernetes environments and a passion for automation and reliability. In this role, you’ll lead the design and execution of CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation. You’ll collaborate closely with infrastructure and application teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient deployments.

The PAC Nurse is a telephonic position responsible for managing the length of stay (LOS) for Long Term Acute Hospital (LTACH), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), and Institutional Rehab Facility (IRF) for their assigned post-acute care facilities through collaboration PAC Nurse will also collaborate with key facility personnel as well as with CareCentrix internal Medical Directors, Market Engagement Directors and Nurse Managers to develop and maintain a timely discharge plan.

As a Revenue Cycle Representative, Reconsiderations you will determine the acceptance of providers' payment through claims research, plans, eligibility and notes to determine if the payor owes payment to CareCentrix.   Identifies and escalates provider issues and concerns to the appropriate senior. Works under general supervision. Guides collectors in their performance of invoice processing activities to ensure receivables are reimbursed in an accurate and timely basis. Works directly with the payer, internal and external customers and other contract clients towards efficient and effective collection results.

The Business Analyst – Product Design & Development is responsible for defining and supporting the product framework with detailed business requirements and process mapping for new products and enhancements to the existing product portfolio.  This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to document product-specific business and reporting needs. Key responsibilities include working with the Compliance Department and other members of the Product Team to ensure new products meet all applicable Federal, State, and regulatory requirements. The analyst also contributes to design and architectural decisions in partnership with CareCentrix Technology teams and Product Owners.
